Waco musicians and Baylor University music faculty and students will put their talents to use for Haiti earthquake relief in concerts scheduled for Friday and Tuesday.
The classic rock band After Midnight, composed of Baylor staffer Lance Grigsby and Baylor professors Steve Gardern, Barry Hankins and Robert Darden, will headline a “Help for Haiti” concert at 7 p.m. Friday at Lake Shore Baptist Church, 5801 Bishop Drive.
Joining them musically will be Waco saxophonist Richard Thomas and guitarist Pat McKee. The benefit also will feature a silent auction, and proceeds from the night will go to World Hunger Relief, Inc., the Baylor chapter of Habitat for Humanity and Doctors Without Borders.
