Thank you for your interest in our search for a part-time Minister to Children and a part-time Minister to Youth for Lake Shore Baptist Church. If you are interested in a full-time position, you also have the option of applying for both of the part-time positions (perhaps with the title, Minister to Children and Youth). We seek ministers who have the spiritual depth, skills, and experience needed to inspire and lead our families. Lake Shore is a welcoming and affirming community of Christians who are attempting to discover, articulate, and embody the meaning of the Gospel in the world today. We are affiliated with the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship and the Alliance of Baptists and commit ourselves to meaningful worship, freedom of thought, and social justice. Although we are a Baptist affiliated church, we have many members and congregants who come from other backgrounds. We welcome applicants who have backgrounds in any Christian denominations who support the inclusive mission of our church that is reflected in our bylaws.

We seek ministers who enjoy working with children and/or youth, who will be committed to pastoral care of families, and who will act in cooperation with our church staff and membership.
